1. General Refund Policy
All classified advertising purchases are considered final once an advertisement has been reviewed, approved, and published on our website.
Because classified advertising is a digital service, no refunds will be issued once an advertisement has been published, except in cases involving an error on our part or where otherwise required by law.
2. Cancellations Before Publication
If you wish to cancel your advertisement before it has been published, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Cancellation requests received before publication may qualify for a full refund.
- Once an advertisement has been published, the purchase becomes nonrefundable.
- Refund requests must be submitted using the email address associated with the original order.
3. Rejected Advertisements
Đời Nay reserves the right to reject advertisements that violate our advertising guidelines, contain misleading information, promote prohibited products or services, or are otherwise deemed inappropriate for publication.
If your advertisement is rejected before publication, you will receive a full refund.
4. Advertising Duration
Classified advertisements will remain active for the duration specified in the purchased advertising package.
- Advertising periods begin on the date the advertisement is published.
- Unused advertising time is nonrefundable if an advertiser requests early removal.
- Expired advertisements are not eligible for refunds.
- Advertisers are responsible for providing accurate information before submission.
5. Errors and Technical Issues
If an advertisement contains an error caused by Đời Nay or experiences a technical issue that prevents it from being displayed properly, please contact us.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:
- A correction to the advertisement.
- An extension of the advertising period.
- A partial or full refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
Errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the advertiser are not eligible for refunds.
6. Duplicate Payments
If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same advertisement, please contact us with your payment confirmation.
Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
